A Plan of Action (POA) is a structured written response Amazon requires when reinstating a suspended account, ASIN, or privilege, explaining root cause, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Sellers submit it through Seller Central or by reply to the enforcement notice. A strong POA cites the exact policy cited in the notice and attaches proof that fixes are already in place.
