Corrective action means the specific steps already taken to fix the violation Amazon identified, with dates and evidence where possible. This section of a POA should describe completed fixes such as removed listings, refunded orders, updated invoices, or terminated vendor relationships. Future intentions alone belong in preventive measures, not corrective action.
