These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AppealsPro's website and services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. Have them reviewed by qualified counsel; this is a general SaaS template.
The service
AppealsPro provides software tools to help Amazon sellers draft and manage appeals and related communications. Outputs are generated by AI and should be reviewed by you before submission to Amazon or any third party.

Nothing on the service constitutes legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own compliance with Amazon policies and applicable laws.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Uploading malware or interfering with the service or other users.
- Using the service to violate Amazon's policies or applicable law.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our models or non-public systems.
Fees and billing
Paid plans and tokens are billed as described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service, branding, and software. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to use that content to provide and improve the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPEALSPRO AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
