How do AppealsPro tokens work?: Tokens pay for AI actions inside the app. A new appeal letter uses about 25 tokens, a chat reply about 5, a letter revision about 15, and a response analysis about 10. Starter includes 2,500 tokens per month; Pro includes 10,000. You can buy 1,000 extra tokens for $34.99 from Billing when logged in.
What is included in the free plan?: The free tier lets you paste Amazon enforcement notices into the public analyzer with a daily limit. You get a plain-English summary, document checklist, and urgency readout without a paid subscription. Letter generation and case workspace features require Starter or Pro.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro?: Yes. Subscribers manage upgrades, downgrades, and billing details from the in-app Billing page after sign-in. Plan changes follow Stripe proration rules shown at checkout.
Do tokens roll over each month?: Monthly plan tokens reset on your billing cycle. Top-up token packs are separate one-time purchases and follow the balance rules shown in Billing at purchase time.
Who is Pro designed for?: Pro fits agencies, operators with multiple open cases, and sellers who generate many letters or chat replies per month. It includes everything in Starter plus a larger monthly token allowance and plan-level analytics features where enabled on your account.
Is AppealsPro a substitute for legal advice?: No. AppealsPro helps you draft and organize Amazon appeals faster. You remain responsible for reviewing every output before submitting it to Amazon or any third party.
